Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our restoration plans. Each plan is custom-generated based on the information you provide and is intended to serve as a comprehensive guide for your specific tractor restoration project.

Eligibility for Refund

Because each restoration plan is a personalized digital product generated on demand, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are generally available only under the following circumstances:

  • The plan was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
  • The plan contains significant errors or deficiencies that materially affect its usefulness
  • A duplicate charge was processed in error

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Resolution Before Refund

In most cases, we prefer to resolve the issue rather than process a refund. If your plan has an error or doesn't address your tractor correctly, we will work with you to regenerate or correct the plan at no additional cost. Refunds are considered only after reasonable efforts have been made to resolve the concern.

Wrong Tractor Details

If you entered incorrect information during the order process (wrong make, model, year, or other details), this does not constitute grounds for a refund. However, we may offer to regenerate your plan with the corrected details at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The plan has been downloaded, accessed, or saved as a PDF and no defect or error has been identified
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences rather than factual errors in the plan content
  • The customer provided inaccurate or incomplete tractor information during the order process
  • Requests made after the 14-day refund window

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email support@restoreplan.co with the email address used for your order and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Right to Modify

RestorePlan reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
